November Rufford man who filmed children at Southport Air Show pleads guilty to 33 offences A LONER who secretly filmed indecent images of young children while they played also downloaded more than 1, pornographic images of youngsters, a court heard today.
Judge Brian Lewis said that while year-old Goodyear accepted he had a problem with his behaviour he was not sure that he understood the harm done to the children in the downloaded photographs.
He placed him under supervision for two years with attendance on an internet sex offenders programme to help protect the public from him in future. Goodyear, of Brick Kiln Lane, Rufford, Lancashire, was also ordered to sign on the Sex Offenders Register for ten years and an indefinite Sexual Offences Prevention Order was imposed restricting his internet use and banning him from having a device for recording images at any organised public events.
They found numerous cameras, camcorders, mobile phones with recording facilities, computer equipment, DVDs, videos and pornographic magazines. After his computer equipment was analysed more than 1, indecent images of children were found and although the vast majority were in the least serious category there were images in all five classifications.
Goodyear pleaded guilty to 33 offences involving possessing and downloading indecent images, including four offences of possessing extreme porn. Mr Pepper said that the footage filmed by Goodyear involved mainly female chidden under ten including shots of their underwear and he had also focussed on their breast areas. Share this:.
